Founder Story

MaQlar Haircare is a God-given vision brought to life by Priscilla Tabi-Gyansah, a nurse midwife, certified organic cosmetic formulator, wife, and mother of two boys. Her journey began with a deeply personal struggle: overcoming postpartum hair loss after childbirth.

As a mother, Priscilla faced additional challenges when her first child developed hypoallergenic skin and her second struggled with cradle cap. Searching for solutions, she found it difficult to locate truly organic haircare products, ones free from harsh chemicals, unnecessary additives, and altered oils and butters. She longed for products powered by pure, unadulterated butters, nutrient-rich oils, and organic herbs that could deliver real, healthy results.

Priscilla understood the importance of knowing exactly what goes into the products used on her family’s skin and hair. Driven by love, faith, and a desire for transparency, she began formulating healthier alternatives with her family, and YOU, in mind.

What emerged is MaQlar Haircare: a brand committed to offering organic, natural, and effective products that nourish, restore, and celebrate the beauty God placed within us.
