At MaQLar Hair Care, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know before you buy.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Economy shipping on all U.S. orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders under $200: $8.00 flat rate
- Orders $200 and over: $20.00 flat rate
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipment.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Most international orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce with carrier-calculated rates.
- For all other destinations, Express International shipping is available at $30.00 USD for orders over $20.00, with expedited options via DHL Express.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Return Shipping Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full return details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
